Erickson Senior Living is excited to announce an outstanding leadership opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional! We are opening The Grandview, our newest state-of-the-art, high-rise community in Bethesda, Maryland, later this year. This unique community will offer a vibrant lifestyle to over 1,200 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. Residents will enjoy exceptional amenities, including rooftop dining, a luxurious swimming pool, an innovative fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more. We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to provide leadership and establish a strategic partnership with all business lines as we open and grow this community. This role will offer guidance in several key areas: employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.

Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonuses
How You Will Make an Impact:
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with enterprise-wide initiatives and foster the development of high-performing teams
Partner with senior leadership to provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
Lead complex employee relations cases that ensure a fair and inclusive work environment
Create employee engagement and recognition programs that promote retention and support internal growth
Maintain a positive work environment that helps attract, develop, and retain top talent
Oversee performance management processes that drive accountability, career development, and engagement
What You Will Need:
A minimum of 7 years of management experience in Human Resources, 3 or more years as a director
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple business functions and managing an HR team
PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification (preferred)
Experience working with a large, diverse workforce of both exempt and non-exempt employees
Proven leadership abilities, with prior experience at the Director level
