Join our team as a Fitness Specialist to join our team. The Fitness Specialist will assess, monitor, and develop individual fitness programs for residents.

Compensation: Commensurate for experience between $20.00 - $24.00 hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday

How you will make an impact

• Assisting Fitness Coordinators in monitoring the daily operations of the 4 onsite Fitness Centers
• Leading 1-1 personal training as well as group exercise and specialty classes
• Assisting with the promotion, coordination, and implementation of exercise programs and campus wide events
• Building relationships with residents and staff, encouraging physical activity and overall wellness.

​What you will need 

• Minimum of one (1) year related work experience
• Certification through a national organization (ACSM, ACE, NASM) preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
