Appliance Mechanic - This team member will be responsible for the corrective and preventive maintenance of all appliances contained in residential apartments, laundry rooms (to include Health Care), ice machines, and all refrigeration equipment, both residential and commercial.

HVAC Mechanic - This team member will be responsible for performing light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. He/she will also be responsible for responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.

Senior HVAC Mechanic - This team member will be responsible for the continuous safe operations and preventive maintenance of all major HVAC equipment, including apartment/public area heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, heater/chillers, and building automation system.
