Linden Ponds is a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community located just 24 miles from Boston on the South Shore in Hingham, Massachusetts. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing. 

Our catering team is hiring additional per diem servers. These servers work on a per diem basis to help during events and private functions on-campus.

Hours will primarily be 9am -2pm,but there will be occasional nights and weekends for the events.

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers!

How you will make an impact:

• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods
• Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Compensation: $19 hourly

What you will need:

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
