Erickson Senior Living is expanding our Accounts Receivable (A/R) team due to significant growth. The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Associate directly impacts our business to ensure accurate billing for resident healthcare services. 

How you will impact the A/R Team:

  • Prepare accurate pre-billing review, third party billing, follow-up, and third party billing cash posting of charges for an assigned business line.

  • Provide exceptional customer service in partnership with our A/R Help Desk team.

  • Conduct admissions and census review to ensure correct and timely third party billing set up of resident accounts.

  • Complete 3rd party payment follow-up and reconciliation.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience paying up to $23.00/hour

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Minimum 2 years healthcare accounts receivable experience in billing, collections, cash posting, or other healthcare revenue cycle-related experience, Or

  • Graduation from accredited 2-year college with coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Finance/Administration or related field of study

  • Knowledge of Vision or other medical practice management systems preferred

  • Current Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS-I) from the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) preferred
