We are hiring a part-time Program Assistant for our Continuing Care (skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care) facility. Our Program Assistant facilitate activities that stimulate the physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being for our residents.
The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Saturday, 11 am to 7:00pm
How you will make an impact:
- Prepare various activity programs according to the schedule and guidance by the Program Manager.
- Motivate and assist participants during activities/programs.
- Work with other team members, management, volunteers, and families to deliver programs and activities designed to enhance the resident experience
- Generate program supply lists, maintaining supply levels, and ensuring safe operation and functionality of the equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation, including daily attendance sheets, quarterly progress notes, assessment forms, and service plans/care plans.
- Participate in team discussions regarding resident programming, monthly calendars, activity and staff scheduling, and resident issues

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $19 hourly
What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED
- An associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience leading groups of people with varying levels of physical and cognitive independence preferred.
