We are hiring licensed Emergency Medical Technicians for flex/ per diem positions as Security and Emergency Services Officers.
The SES Officer II serves many key functions within our community which include, but is not limited to; providing emergency medical response, ensuring the overall security of the interior & exterior of the property, carrying out public safety programs, and providing outstanding customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
Our primary need for coverage is 7:00pm - 7:00am
Valid driver's license and EMT certification are required
Compensation: $24 /hour

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a safe, secure environment for residents, staff, and guests
- Implement security and safety programs/procedures, including regular patrols of the property on foot & vehicle, gatehouse screenings, emergency response, preparedness, and prevention
- Respond quickly to calls and provide basic emergency medical interventions (SES EMT/EMR Officer)
- Answer non-emergency calls and support SES team with emergency efforts (SES Utility Officer)
- Build positive relationships with residents and guests
What You’ll Need to Qualify:
- Age 18+
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR and EMR/ EMT certification
- Safety and security experience preferred, but we will train
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Valid driver’s license
