We are looking for a Business Process Coordinator for our Development team. This position has overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with company rules and standards in the Enterprise Finance department. This person is responsible for assisting the development project leaders with project budget process and proper invoicing procedures.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Project budget process and creation
  • Bid and contract process coordination
  • Vendor relationship management including invoice processing, instructions and new vendor set up
  • Follow up on outstanding past due amounts on current invoices to ensure prompt payment
  • Assist Accounts Payable with properly coding and routing of specific invoices
  • Prepare invoice queue report on a regular basis to understand which queues to assist with clearing out
  • Assist with proper coding throughout the department budgeting process
  • Process and monitor check requests to ensure timely delivery

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience starting at $55000.00 / year

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with minimum of 3 years business experience or High school graduate with 5 years related experience
  • Must have a demonstrated understanding of Accounts Payable practices
  • Must have strong excel skills
  • Experience with MS Dynamics AX software preferred
