Our Occupational Therapy Assistants support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Compensation: $35.00 / hr

Help people live better lives by:

  • Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Following Medicare, state, and federal regulations, company policies, and procedures and ensuring departmental understanding and compliance in the areas of care provision, documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance, and other requirements as defined in the respective regulations.
  • Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
  • Providing therapy duties in all settings across the Erickson continuum of care, as needed
  • Documenting services and billing completed accurately, in a timely manner, using business line specific formats according to company and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring that the resident’s plan of care (that has been developed by the OT) is communicated to the resident, family, and Physician

What you will need:

  • Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
  • Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state personnel requirements for Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Experience in therapeutic care of the older adult across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
