Seabrook is a beautiful 98-acre continuing care retirement community located in the picturesque Monmouth County neighborhood of Tinton Falls—just six miles from the Jersey Shore. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing. 

We are hiring a Sales Manager who is responsible for working with the Director of Sales in coordinating and managing the daily sales activities in the community sales department. 

How you will make an impact:        

  • Management of the sales office when the sales director is out of the office
  • Weekly reporting, including a summary of the office activity and an analysis of the results of our key sales indicators (kit requests, luncheon attendance, deposits, reservations, settlements, back-outs, etc.)
  • Direct responsibility for the pre-sales area of the office (Phone, walk-ins, kit responses, etc.)
  • Direct responsibility for all sales programs that accelerate the sales curve for the Priority List
  • Assistance with sales process management and tracking of key sales data
  • Assistance with the management of our data entry and reporting process, move-in process, and event program

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $80,000/ annually, plus generous commissions & bonus!

What you will need:

  • A college degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
  • Minimum of 1-year management experience is required.
  • Team leader or project leader experience is required.
  • High-level leadership skills, effective at influencing and motivating others.
