We are hiring a Procurement Contracts Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the Procurement department with the Erickson Senior Living Management LLC Contracting process. The Coordinator will work with cross-functional teams to support and implement pre-established contract guidelines within the Erickson Communities.

How you will make an impact:

  • Prepare bids and negotiate specifications with suppliers, Partners, or Customers
  • Process all New Vendor Setup Forms for the Community and load New Vendors into Microsoft AX, based on established guidelines 
  • Documents all invoices for unapproved Vendors, then forwards them to the appropriate Procurement Manager for approval. Once approved, the Coordinator will obtain all required information and set up the New Vendor in Microsoft AX 
  • Review and Audit bid packages sent to Procurement by the Community departments for completeness and accuracy. Once reviewed, the Coordinator will send complete Contract Packages to Procurement Managers and Director for approval
  • Communicate Contract Package deficiencies and requirements with Community staff based on pre-established guidelines 
  • Gather program utilization data to drive continuous improvement and compliance through the Procurement Managers 
  • Travel to Communities as needed to meet with Community staff and vendors to train Community staff and drive compliance with all programs. 

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $33.65 / hourly

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain management with experience in contracting goods and services in the facilities management functional area or construction required
  • Experience in Kronos, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, Microsoft AX or DSSI Purchasing, and Accounts Payable systems preferred.
  • CPM is preferred
