Brooksby Village is a beautiful 90-acre continuing care retirement community located just 20 minutes from Boston in Peabody, Massachusetts. Our high-end retirement community is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II who wants to join an exceptional team and be truly appreciated for a job well done.  We offer a friendly, engaging, and supportive work environment that offers training and advancement opportunities. 

In this role you will perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including correcting electrical malfunctions, repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings, light bulbs, fixtures, applicances, doors and locks, preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment.

This is a full-time on-site position- NO travel required
Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $23/ hour
