We are hiring a Marketing Analyst of Health Care Sales who is responsible for collecting and analyzing data on pricing, amenities, census, and other sales metrics for competitors and Erickson Senior Living communities.

How you will make an impact:

• Conduct business research by gathering data (pricing, amenities, and census) from competitors and ELM communities, identifying the best alternative solution, and creating standardized and ad hoc reports with detailed analysis.
• Provide recommendations to improve product/service demand or sales conversions. 
• Input data electronically, create reports of findings with graphic illustrations, and translate complex findings into written text for management, recommending actionable items.
• Make oral presentations to assist management in understanding marketplace positioning and demand. 
• Participate in the analysis of census development challenges and opportunities for health care sales teams.
• Provide recommendations to assist in meeting/exceeding occupancy and revenue goals for health care sales.

Commensurate with experience starting at $80000.00 / year

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 Years of experience in Market Research
• 1-3 years of Health Care Industry experience
