Erickson Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior HR Leadership team. This dynamic role provides high-level administrative, operational, and project management support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle highly sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will:
- Draft, edit, and refine written communications and presentations.
- Plan and coordinate annual, regional, and peer team meetings, including travel, activities, and other logistics.
- Assume project leadership in support of specifically defined projects as delegated by the CHRO and Senior HR Leadership Team.
- Oversee the training and development of the HR Assistant to ensure operational excellence.
- Support the CHRO and Senior HR Leaders in composing and refining strategy and project plan execution
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personnel information.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including screening calls and emails and drafting and sending correspondence
- Manage office moves, relocations, expansions, and other needs as requested
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a senior leadership team.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong presentation and writing skills, with a proven track record of producing high-quality materials.
- Outstanding computer proficiency, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to create and deliver executive presentations and detailed reports.

- Compensation: $70,000 - $78,000 per year, based on experience
