Erickson Senior Living is seeking staff accountants to join their growing central accounting and reporting team. Erickson is looking for energetic, critical thinkers to support our communities and corporate partners. As a staff accountant you will perform journal entries, detailed account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and have an active role in the end-of-month process, end-of-year review and audit.

Compensation: $70,000 - 80,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
How you will make an impact
Contribute to the monthly close process, ensuring all reporting deliverables are completed on schedule
Prepare, review and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Prepare monthly and quarterly work papers and balance sheet reconciliations
Review internal financial statements, including variance analyses, and ensure review comments are researched and resolved timely
Work with your team to improve and implement processes
What you will need
Minimum of 2 years of general ledger accounting experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong Excel skills
Experience with a general ledger system
Experience with Blackline or other reconciliation software a plus
