Compensation: Starting at $84,000 annually, commensurate with experience
How you will make an impact
Facilitate the recruiting process, including developing and implementing recruitment programs.
Collaborate with management, supervisors, and scheduling department to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
Develop recruitment and retention programs and monitor budgets to attract applicants to fill specific job openings.
Analysis and development of recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing retention statistics and making recommendations for improvement.
Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, and provide information about the organization and position.
Partner with the HR Managers in writing and placing job advertising in various media and gives input on the development of recruitment materials
Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
Make public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities
Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
Maintain personal contact with new employees through the new hire period.
What you will need
Minimum of 4 years full cycle recruitment experience
Effectively prioritizes and plans work activities by setting goals, organizing tasks and resources, and developing realistic action plans to ensure efficient time management and coordination of team effort
