Join our team as a Community Resources Lead Coordinator to bring their passion for resident engagement to our campus. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for residents in the planning and promotion of activities and organizations within the community.

How you will make an impact

  • Assisting Supervisor in leading the work of the coordinators.
  • Partnering with residents to develop activities inside and outside the community.
  • Collaborating with Catering Manager to coordinate room usage for activities and events.
  • Welcoming new residents to the community through various programs.
  • Creating flyers for events; writing articles for community bulletins.
  • Maintaining communication regarding activities among residents and staff.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 3 years’ service-related experience (volunteer or public service)
  • Experience with senior population preferred
