Join our team as an Assistant Director of Facility Operations. In this key leadership role, you will support operations across buildings, grounds, roads, equipment, and tools, ensuring functionality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the community. You will also oversee vital services including transportation, security, communication systems, and general facility operations.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience from $100,000 - $115,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact

• Ensure a safe, sanitary, and high-quality environment by maintaining all buildings, grounds, tools, and equipment.
• Provide reliable transportation, security, reception, and facility services for residents.
• Lead and manage departmental staff to ensure effective performance, training, and development.
• Set and implement departmental and corporate goals, including training, evaluations, and performance follow-ups.
• Manage financial performance through budgeting and control systems.
• Lead departmental operations and collaborate across teams to support the community’s mission.
• Ensure all services comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Demonstrate strong technical and leadership skills aligned with The Erickson Way.
• Create and manage Individual Development Plans to support leadership growth and education

What you will need 

• Minimum of 5 years of business experience in General Services / Facilities Operations required.
• Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilities
• Experience with CMMS is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and Record of Road Test (provided by Transportation) is required if operating Community vehicles and must adhere to policies and procedures of Erickson Senior Living Management.  
• Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training required within 1 year of hire.
