We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Human Resources who is dedicated to making a meaningful impact and establishing human resources as a strategic partner. This role will provide guidance in several key areas: employee relations, engagement, performance management, talent management, and leadership development.

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience from $90,000 – $111,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.

How you will make an impact

  • Assist in responding to employee relation issues in partnership with the appropriate line manager/supervisor
  • Streamline the recruiting and selection process. Collaborate with management to ensure the best candidates are chosen for all positions.
  • Conduct the New Employee Orientation and ensure that all relevant materials are updated and maintained.
  • Provide effective communication with employees through the monthly newsletter, bulletin boards, and the Employee TV Channel.
  • Develop, facilitate, and conduct management training sessions along with various workshops and classes for employees
  • Improve employee communication to enhance understanding of benefit plans, including health benefits, employee assistance programs, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.
  • Track and ensure EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA compliance.
  • Coordinate and develop employee event planning and employee development programs.

What you will need 

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience
  • PHR or SPHR preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
