Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe are seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to lead and support our team, with a strong emphasis on back-of-house (BOH) operations. In this role, you will oversee food production, kitchen operations, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and service. You will work closely with our Executive Chefs to drive culinary excellence through from-scratch cooking, uphold food safety standards, and enhance kitchen efficiency across a multi-venue operation.
In collaboration with the Director of Food and Beverage, you will play a key role in creating a vibrant, welcoming dining experience for our residents.

Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience from $100,000 -115,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.
How you will make an impact
- Monitor and manage food, labor, and supply costs to meet financial goals
- Ensure resident, guest, and employee satisfaction
- Oversee purchasing of approved products and services per company standards
- Support the Director of Dining Services in goal setting, planning, and departmental evaluation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards (local, state, federal)
- Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary and leadership teams across Independent Living and Continuing Care
- Promote workplace safety and proper use of PPE
- Utilize required computer systems for HR, finance, and food production
- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and strong operational knowledge in meeting departmental goals
What you will need
- Minimum of 5 years of food service management experience required, including production, service, and sanitation
- Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
