Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Resident Services Manager, who provides leadership and support to the Resident Services and Intermissions departments, creating and offering opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of life.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, $70,000 - $90,000 annually, in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus.

How you will make an impact
- Support the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents.
- Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies
- Support our independent living residents in the community, ensuring a successful life experience while promoting the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of those living in the community
- Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and support staff of the highest quality in each division of Resident Services
- Participates in the Welcome Home Representative program
- Establishes relationships with new residents and works to ensure their successful integration into the community.
- Participates in the coordination of services to residents through appropriate staff committees and departmental meetings
- Reinforces positive employee relations, ensures standards of appearance are met, creates a work environment that encourages positive problem solving, and facilities an engaged workforce.
What you will need
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- The passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents
