Position: Sales & Marketing Intern (Paid Fall Internship)
Location: Parkville, MD

Oak Crest Village is seeking a motivated intern to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This is a paid full-time fall internship, with scheduled hours from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.

How you will make an impact: 

• Answering inbound calls from prospective residents
• Making outbound calls to prospective residents
• Fulfilling brochure requests
• Learning all aspects of the Sales & Marketing business line of the community
• Supporting the Sales & Marketing team in various duties, including shadowing sales appointments, assisting with event preparation & execution, and create a presentation on best practices
• Building relationships with community partners in other departments to learn the full scope of a Continuing Care retirement Community

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of secondary education.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
