Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior LivingThe Health Services Scheduler is responsible for strategic workforce planning and labor cost management for the Continuing Care non-exempt staff, ensuring adequate staffing coverage across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods. This role requires advanced proficiency in UKG Dimensions, including the rotation scheduling feature, to support consistent caregiver assignments, optimize continuity of care, and enhance resident experiences.
Compensation: $52,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate on experience, in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus.

How you will make an impact
- Independently develop and publish schedules in UKG Dimensions, ensuring each four-week schedule period is completed and finalized six weeks before its start date.
- Analyze workforce trends, labor budgets, and scheduling patterns to make cost-effective, high-impact staffing decisions.
- Exercise discretion in managing labor expenses and controlling overtime costs, ensuring financial alignment with department goals.
- Provide strategic oversight of attendance trends, addressing coverage gaps and mitigating call-outs through proactive planning.
- Maintain and update caregiver and nurse schedules in real time, responding swiftly to changes while prioritizing consistency and minimizing disruptions.
- Lead payroll close processes in UKG Dimensions, ensuring labor accuracy, compliance, and payroll reconciliation.
- Address all payroll-related issues efficiently and collaborate with payroll and HR teams to validate accurate timekeeping and compliance with labor policies.
- Create daily and monthly reports on staffing productivity and scheduling efficiency, leveraging UKG Dimensions analytics and reporting tools.
What you will need
Two years of experience or two years of transferable relevant experience preferred.
Experience working with UKG Dimensions, Kronos, or other advanced scheduling software preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools to generate scheduling and productivity reports.
