Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience starting at $105000.00 / year and a generous bonus plan

How you will make an impact

• Achieve community and departmental goals in finance, satisfaction, and engagement through effective systems, processes, and controls
• Oversee Transportation, Security, Project Management, Maintenance & Engineering, Communications, Housekeeping, and Grounds
• Respond to emergencies and serve as acting Director of Facilities Operations when needed
• Support budget planning and manage departmental operating and capital performance
• Approve asset and service purchases in compliance with company policies
• Ensure completion and documentation of all required manager training

What you will need 

• Minimum of 5 years of business experience in General Services / Facilities Operations required.
• Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilities
• Experience with CMMS is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and Record of Road Test (provided by Transportation) is required if operating Community vehicles and must adhere to policies and procedures of Erickson Senior Living Management.  
• Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training required within 1 year of hire.
