As our Senior Business Analyst - Finance & Accounting Systems, you will lead projects to reengineer business processes and systems for Erickson’s finance and accounting teams, enabling them to effectively manage the financial operations of our 22+ senior living communities. 

In this role, you will:

• Partner with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business processes, challenges, and opportunities.

• Apply design thinking and lean process improvement techniques to evaluate requests, identify true business needs, and effectively inform technical solutions.
• Lead and contribute to project deliverables including roadmaps, requirements, test plans, and training documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, execute & coordinate testing, and deliver end-user training sessions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by troubleshooting and resolving time-sensitive production issues.
• Actively participate in and/or lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring work is aligned to Agile practices.
• Adapt to evolving systems by supporting the upcoming ERP replacement and leveraging newly developed Salesforce processes; serve as a change leader by helping stakeholders transition smoothly to new technologies.
• Work independently on assigned project tasks while mentoring and supporting other business analysts.

This position is primarily remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore headquarters and community sites.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience $95,000 - $110,000
