Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior LivingThe Health Insurance Resource Manager (HIRM) is the professional insurance resource to community residents and their families on matters pertaining to the Erickson Advantage Health Plan and insurance matters in general. The HIRM serves as the primary health insurance liaison to the Community Executive and Leadership Team.
This role is 32 hours per week, with benefits. Your schedule can be either 4 or 5 days per week, located onsite at Seabrook.

Compensation: $44,000 – 47,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus & commissions
How you will make an impact
Review employer group coverage to aid the resident and/or family member to better understand their benefits.
Be knowledgeable of all applicable CMS regulations and guidelines of specific Medicare Advantage Plans.
Create sales events intended to allow new and existing Erickson residents to make sound choices about their health care insurance coverage needs.
Assists residents in further evaluating their employer sponsored or other supplemental insurance options, during Open Enrollment.
Conduct Erickson Advantage (EA) specific marketing activities utilizing CMS approved marketing materials.
Complete all management required reports pertaining to prospect tracking and reporting.
Provide prompt service, i.e., respond to general benefit questions; and resolve inbound questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Provide feedback and escalations to senior management regarding necessary member care or coverage issues.
Fully participate in Community resident prospecting events, help to register prospective new residents; conduct tours; and answer questions about Community activities and amenities.
Participation in Community sponsored events during core hours as well as evenings and weekends.
What you will need
At least 3 years of work experience or relevant coursework
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications
Health insurance license in NJ will be required
