Join our team as the Director of Facility Operations. We seek a dynamic leader with extensive experience managing large teams in Maintenance, Engineering, Grounds, Transportation, and Housekeeping. You will ensure compliance with all regulations and uphold Erickson Senior Living’s high standards. Help us deliver exceptional service to our residents!

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience, starting at $125,000.00 annually plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact

• Oversee the maintenance and quality of all community facilities, including buildings, grounds, tools, and equipment, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff
• Manage transportation, security, reception, and facility services to provide exceptional resident support
• Lead and develop departmental teams through effective hiring, training, performance management, and employee engagement
• Establish and implement departmental and community goals, performance metrics, and training programs
• Manage budgets, financial controls, and systems to meet or exceed financial performance targets
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Foster a culture of excellence by demonstrating technical and management proficiency, initiative, and leadership aligned with The Erickson Way
• Develop and oversee Individual Development Plans for each manager, supporting their growth, education, and career development opportunities

What you will need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Services / Facilities Operations
• Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training required within 1 year of hire
• Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilities
• Experience with CMMS is preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required if operating Community vehicles
