Location:

Our Senior Pastor implements the ministries program, which focuses on the spiritual life of a Protestant faith community within an Erickson Senior Living Community. Meets the religious and/or programmatic needs of Community residents within their specific faith tradition.

How you will make an impact

• Participate in educational, departmental, and/or community programs and support groups. 
• Conducts liturgical services.
• Shares in the ministry of caring for the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the patients, their families, and the staff.
• Provides religious counseling and supportive care and guidance.

What you will need 

• This position is full-time, including Sundays, evenings, and weekends.

• Minimum of 5 years pastoral ministry experience; experience working with seniors a plus.

• Ordination, licensure, or certification in the specific denomination.
