Location:

$7,500 Sign-on Bonus

We are looking for a talented culinarian with proven leadership skills to join our team! As a Sou Chef, you will oversee a dedicated team and help support back of house operations to ensure the highest standards are met. To be successful in this position, you will need strong cooking skills, and prior leadership experience.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience $59,000 - $66,000 plus annual bonus and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

How you will make an impact

• Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline for all culinary and utility staff, and oversees all kitchen operations when the Chef is absent.
• Manages daily food production and meal preparation to ensure timely service.
• Ensures proper preparation and service of all menu items, including recipe adherence, food safety, quality, and dietary requirements.
• Maintains organization and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, storage spaces, and loading dock.

What you will need

• Minimum of 3 years full-service experience required
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers
