As our Desktop Engineering and IT Onsite Intern at Erickson Senior Living, you will be part of two teams; Desktop Engineering, managing over 10,000 endpoints throughout their life cycle to more than 14,000 employees and IT Onsite, providing technical support to our employees, handle equipment and perform assigned project work.  Every day you will work with your teams to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, research, propose and deploy solutions that meet current policy, security, and productivity requirements.   

To thrive in this job, are able to work under the direction of teammates and directly with customers, configuring, updating, and securing Windows laptops and desktops, MacBooks, iPads, Chromebooks, and cell phones and providing required software  

We’re looking for an intern with experience:   

• Learning new technologies and solutions quickly 

• Supporting computers, tablets, and mobile phones 

• Strong communication and customer service skills 

• Analyzing multiple data sources to solution issues  

• Working in a team environment with the initiative to tackle problems 

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
