Compensation: Commensurate with experience, Starting at $77,041 annually.

How you will make an impact 

• Assist the Director in developing, tracking and analyzing quality control measures and data to ensure that each department supervised delivers quality service in an efficient manner.

  ·    Assist the Director in ensuring that all departments under his or her leadership meets financial and general reporting goals and deadlines.

  ·    Periodically assess quality assurance through surveys and holding meetings with residents

• Facilitate staff meetings for supervisory staff to discuss upcoming events and initiatives.

• Facilitate staff meetings for employees, to keep employees informed of what is happening or planned.

• Provide disciplinary steps related to problems with all staff, up to and including termination.

• Ensure timely evaluations and job training for all staff.

• Coordinate succession planning and career development initiatives for all members of the departments supervised.

What you will need   

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Communications/Transportation required. Knowledge of current DOT driving standards and regulations required for Transportation.

• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
