We're seeking a highly organized, service-oriented General Services Coordinator to serve as a central resource for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate service requests, support daily departmental operations, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the seamless delivery of housekeeping and general services requests. How you will make an impact
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, staff, visitors, and vendors by providing excellent customer service and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Receive, prioritize, track, and follow up on service requests and work orders to ensure accurate and efficient completion.
- Coordinate and maintain housekeeping schedules, service requests, and departmental workflows.
- Utilize internal systems, including Service Max and other technology platforms, to manage work orders, generate reports, and maintain records.
- Maintain accurate resident, apartment, vendor, and billing information within departmental databases.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency.
What you will need
- Minimum of one year of administrative, office support, customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn and navigate department-specific software systems.
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to serving older adults.
