Join our team as a Transportation Supervisor II for our gated retirement community. This position assists the Transportation Manager in the creation of the programs, policies, and procedures for the community.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $58,000 annually

How you will make an impact    

• Supervise the Transportation Staff, including full responsibility for performance evaluations, coaching, interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
• Coordinate daily scheduling and job assignments
• Enter all inter-departmental work orders and reports.
• Assist with monthly operations reports.
• Track and expedite preventive and corrective maintenance on all shuttles.
• Dispatch calls to drivers and regularly drive shuttle.
• Oversight and understanding of the Special Trips program

What you will need   

• Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising transportation services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• CDL required
