Executive Chef - The team member in this role will ensure the efficiency and quality of food purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation (from pre-preparation to plate presentation), sanitation of the production areas, and direct supervision of all food production staff (and utility staff where applicable) within budgetary parameters. He/she will also supervise, implement and maintain core menus and recipe management system and BOH computer system.

Sous Chef - The Sous Chef manages daily kitchen production and food preparation for on-time service of resident meals. He/she also directs the preparation and service accuracy for all forecasted menu items to include recipes, proper food handling, food safety, food quality, diet restrictions, and utilizing production forecast.
