Clinical Dietician - This team member will develop and implement a nutritional plan of care based on assessment of nutritional needs as part of the resident’s/patient’s total plan of care. He/she will also evaluate and instruct on nutritional principles, dietary plans, food selections and economics, adapting plans to the individual’s illness and prognosis as indicated.
