Customer Interiors Coordinator - This team member is responsible for marketing, selling, ordering, coordinating, inspecting, and accounting for the installation of custom finishes and products in both current and future residents’ apartments.

Renovations and Custom Interiors Manager - This team member will perform preoccupancy inspection of vacated units to determine if renovations are necessary. He/she is also responsible for hiring, termination, coaching, and evaluation of the facility coordinator(s).
