IT Site Manager - Team members in this IT role work with various staff members and residents to provide end user support and support for company technology goals and objectives. The IT Site Manager may also supervise IT Site Analysts/Coordinators.

IT Service Desk Analyst - Team members in this position provide 1st and some 2nd level support for all IT-supported systems and technologies. They serve as the first point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests.

Web Designer/Developer - This position will be responsible for the programming and development of Drupal web pages, applications, and modules associated with Erickson's websites and web environments. This individual will also participate in the strategic design, development, and production of web pages, ad banners, landing pages, and other web-related tasks.
