Medical Director - The team member in this role plans, directs and supervises primarily clinical aspects of Medical Center in partnership with practice administration to achieve employee engagement, resident satisfaction, high quality and financial performance. He/she also provides some administrative leadership, e.g., provider recruitment, training, new Medical Center start-up and special projects as assigned.

VP, Regional Medical Director - This team member actively participates in defining strategy and direction for medical services for Erickson Senior Living. This role includes development, implementation and oversight of programs that further excellence and best practices in geriatric medicine. The Regional Medical Director also provides direct supervision to the medical directors at their assigned campuses.
