Development Manager for Construction and Design for Senior Living - This team member will prepare, maintain, monitor, review, and report on project budgets and change orders. This position will also serve as a liaison and point of contact between design consultants, contractors, community and corporate teams, and manager for overall communication on progress and status on the project(s).

Director of Development for a Continuing Care Retirement Community - The team member in this role will monitor, drive, manage, and report on the design and construction plans for both directly assigned development projects, as well as projects where supervisory responsibility is assigned in accordance with the plan outlined by management.

Talent Development Instruction Designer - This team member plans, directs, and coordinates activities for designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and established budget.
