Commercial Painter - This team member is responsible for performing responsive, accurate, and efficient work within our resident’s apartments and the common areas. Duties include (but are not limited to) the interior and exterior maintenance of painted areas of the Community campus.

Floor Tech - This team member will maintain cleanliness in all public spaces within the community, including lobbies, clubhouses, bathrooms, and classrooms. He/she will collect, bag, and properly dispose of trash and recycling.

Maintenance Mechanic - The team member in this service and trade role will perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including correcting electrical malfunctions, repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings, repairing and replacing light bulbs and fixtures, repairing doors and locks, etc.
