Director of Human Resources - The team member in this human resources role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated Corporate business units. He/she serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The HR Director will act as an employee champion and change agent and assess, recommend and anticipate HR-related needs.

Human Resources Coordinator - This team member coordinates and monitors benefit plans to health, EAP, tuition reimbursement, and retirement programs. He/she develops and/or implements community-specific employee communication to enhance the understanding and appreciation of benefits programs, serving as a liaison between the corporate benefits division and the community.

Senior HR Manager - This team member will facilitate and attend meetings and conference calls in HR Director’s absence. He/she will also coordinate statistical reporting – liaison with HRIS department, and compile monthly Executive Summary and Quarterly Report.
